Some areas of the company are open to female leaders, but the majority of the senior executives are male and the women at the top function in a Queen Bee mentality, not enabling other women to rise. Ironically the women leading this company's women's initiative committee are the ones preventing other women from rising.

Interesting work; collegial environment. Despite working with a lot of alpha male finance types, women were treated fairly and promoted to highly visible leadership roles.

The level of flexibility seems to vary by team, but overall, the culture at the firm is very supportive of families, work/life balance.
