Current focus on improving diversity at ResMed. Flexibility is by role and manager's discretion, this is an area that can be improved.
Things might get better as far as policies for life/work balance and maternity leave. Also equal salary pay. depending of role and salary I would apply as things can change within a year/
I truly believe it was a great place to work until our company restructured and I saw it eliminated roles with women that were active contributors in the company while maintaining males with less tenure at the company.
My supervisor discriminated against women in the assignments and projects he provided.
