There is a good community of women working here, but not because of any specific initiatives. Gender diversity is something that seems to have happened despite the lack of focus. People do not want to put a stake in the ground with regards to gender goals, but I do think we are doing better than most Silicon Valley companies.
Executive leadership is all male, and there are very few women in senior leadership positions. There is no indication that hiring a diverse workforce is a priority. Women and mothers are treated decently, but don't expect to rise up the ranks here.
They are supportive of women in established roles moving to part-time after a maternity leave. Many engineering teams have at least 1 woman in a team size of 6-9. A rare few have 2.
