Human Resources

The culture is changing in a very positive way. Seeing more diversity at the Executive and Senior levels as the company transforms.

Ask questions about work life balance, hours and flex work opps directly to the person that you will report to. Managers have different policies and then company leaves a lot of these decisions up to the manager - including maternity leave. HR is not very strong and does not offer direct guidance to employees. HR works for the managers not the employees.

There is a dominant good 'ole boy culture and it controls the power structure and resource decisions.
