Doing your best work means receiving the support you need in order to get there. At WP Engine, the innovativeness of our software and the quality of our service has always been linked to the freedom and support we take pride in offering employees. What makes our culture of support so special?
Your family matters
We’re here to support our talent in how they choose to build and care for their family, in whatever form it takes. That’s why we offer 16 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers, including primary caregivers of an adopted child, and five paid weeks for secondary caregivers. Beyond offering leave, we’re also dedicated to helping employees actualize their family-building goals by offering a wide range of IVF and fertility benefits, too.
But children aren’t the only members of families who, at various points in life, may require our special care and attention. That’s why we also offer six weeks of paid leave to caregivers of partners and aging parents. And does your family include some furry members? WP Engine helps our pet-parent employees, as well, by offering pet insurance!
Your wellness matters
From the big things — like rich medical, dental and vision plan coverage, with 100% of employee premiums and 50% of dependent premiums covered — to the smaller perks — like providing lunch for our employees four days a week — we want our talent to be well and feel well. Plain and simple. That’s also why we believe in maintaining a generous vacation policy so that you can leave and return to work feeling your very best.
Your values and identity matter
It’s time we created workplaces that allow employees to bring their truest, fullest selves to work. How you identify and what you believe in are crucial parts of that. That’s why WP Engine offers employee resource groups centered on women’s empowerment (WP Engine Sheroes), racial and ethnic equality (Represents), and LGBTQIA+communities (PRIDE).
