"Overall good mission-driven company, it's a good product. Sometimes though there really needs to be more focus on a clear initiative and direction the whole company is headed towards, but that's a similar challenge in other companies regardless of the sector or industry. "

"I believe this company is committed to Diversity and Inclusion. With a female CEO there is a lot of focus on making work better and being inclusive for all. There are Employee Resource Groups for female (or female identifying folks), the LGTBQ+ community, racial equality, caregivers, and mental health. I know I have opportunity to advance and I believe I am paid fairly. "

"I'm motivated by people and leadership, and this is what ultimately drew me to WP Engine. The women leaders here are incredibly sharp and publicly prioritize both work and family. They are true role models for both career and family-oriented women in the workplace, and I'm learning so much from each and every one of them. "
