"They are committed to diversity. A large number of employees signed a document with ideas on how to promote D&I and they CEO and executives have been working to put these things into play to make our company more welcoming.
As a full time employee, I have great benefits and unlimited PTO. I'm surrounded and led by women! "

"My position is fully remote. We get an hour lunch break but are encouraged to take breaks throughout the day. I can do laundry, run quick errands, etc. My manager was fine with me taking a mental health day as well. "

"Very young company, which means there aren't that many women in senior leadership with young children to look to as an example."
