"They promote women who can devote their lives to work instead of women with families. Maternity leave is below Canadian standards with no appetite to improve it."

"They say flexibility, but if you don't work long hours it is looked down on. Lots of talk with little action to back it. You can have flexibility if you don't want to get promoted."

"Ultimately, it's worth it. Regardless of C Suite opportunities, the pay is great, and the opportunity to thrive is present. Flexibility is there if you make it happen for yourself, and make it a priority."

"With me they've been very flexible and accommodating. It's one of the things I love most about working for them. My work is challenging, and they let me get it done when and how I need to. I don't believe this is true for all departments yet, but that it is changing for the better."
