"The benefits and policies are good. Research the department first and history of reorganizations, online reviews, etc. before accepting a position. Core business units earning revenue are in a better position for long term stability rather than business support roles which are being largely outsourced or sent offshore. The company is going through significant change and restructure, so it could turn out to be a great career or short time before being laid off."

"Your career development and work / life balance largely depends on the specific business or function that you work in. That being said, it is easier to shift roles / departments within the company when compared to other large financial institutions, and there are employee resource groups to that generate networking opportunities and development opportunities. "
