"Its a great place to work, although we are not where we want to be from a diversity perspective. However, there is no doubt the new CEO is committed to women & diversity at the top; his Executive Leadership Team is 45% women."

"They value work-life balance, with little overtime and generous vacation days. Working from home once a week is a norm in many departments. That said, it's overwhelmingly male at the top and a rigid chain of command culture doesn't allow a more vibrant and dynamic work environment."

"I did not take the maternity leave personally, but the official policy allows 3 months, plus two weeks bonding period. Paternity leave is generous (I believe it's two months) and is not stigmatized in the company, which is rather exceptional in the financial sector."

"I've worked here more than 10 years. In general women are mostly in support roles, upper management is considered the "old boys" club, but that has slowly been changing in the last few years as new CEO's try and break that mentality up. Maternity leave is excellent and the company was good at supporting nursing after return to work as well. Flexible work arrangements 100% depend on the manager (and I have a good one) and the state laws. In general I have been happy working here."

"I've worked here for 2.5 years and women work in various roles from support to executive. Few women in upper management, executive positions. Most all support positions are staffed by women. Culture if very corporate and not comfortable to women. 12 weeks paid maternity leave plus 8 weeks paid paternity leave. Flexible work arrangements are available, but difficult to procure. Expected to work from home if must leave early to pick up children."
