In general women are mostly in support roles, upper management is considered the "old boys" club, but that has slowly been changing in the last few years as new CEO's try and break that mentality up. Maternity leave is excellent and the company was good at supporting nursing after return to work as well. Flexible work arrangements 100% depend on the manager (and I have a good one) and the state laws. In general I have been happy working here."
