"Each person, woman or man, must curate her experience, building connections, selling her skills and capabilities and demonstrating exceptional work to get ahead. In truth, there aren't many female leaders but the ones are very strong and provide a roadmap to success. The organization is constantly working to enhance diversity in all forms, including gender. "

"This is 100% a boys club, from the culture to the leadership representation. There is little to no minority representation and diversity & inclusion are nowhere close to the top of priorities for leadership, who hides behind "meritocracy" as an excuse for their apathy. Current senior female leadership has drank the Kool-Aid and bought into the philosophy that you have to sacrifice diversity and inclusion in order to "eat what you kill". The hours are inflexible, so if you're looking to start a family, you will not have the hours to dedicate to raising a child. Overall, this is not a place that fosters the growth of women in a healthy, inclusive, and understanding way. "

"It is a guys club and the senior women in the firm are exactly that, strong and powerful women who can hold their own and laugh at what can be little insensitive jokes. I really like it here as it matches my personality but if you are easily offended or are sensitive to guy humor I would not recommend. "
