"Well I won't just speak for women. However, I can say in general those who have children or other jobs this may not work. It's not all it's cracked up to be with balancing time between your kids and work."

"There isn't much flexibility your blindsided and tricked into departments and shifts though you may have requested something different. They could have originally claimed to accommodate that schedule. Yet when you start can be given something very different and are expected to work said schedule. "
