The company is not in a strong place. There are restructurings and layoffs and general dissatisfaction. I would avoid this. Also, while I originally took the position based on the family life balance, that quickly changed after I got on board and promises were not kept to me that ultimately led to my dismissal.

This is a very family friendly work enviroment, however a lot of that is at managers' discretion. Their maternity leave is excellent, but also driven by local laws. it helps that the pto policy is so generous bc you can use that time to avoid not getting paid during maternity leave
