"Ameriprise has been a great company to work for overall, but there are definitely changes that need to be made. Career paths for roles need to be created, so employees can see upward mobility. There needs to be more emphasis on growth and development on lower band levels, as well as, promoting from within."

"The Technology group is the most difficult area to be in. The company is also not super supportive to breastfeeding mom's; they meet all the laws but somewhat minimally for a large corporation and don't culturally support it."
