"Appian has a very progressive culture. It feels like college again in the best way possible--you have your core job, which would be analogous to your coursework and then a ton of affinity groups, social activities, and other ways to get involved, similar to extra-curricular activities."

"I have worked at Appian for several years, and it's been the most rewarding experience. Having come from prior organizations, I can confidently say there is truly no other culture like the one at Appian. I had the joy of participating in our AppianWomen affinity group for 2 years on the board, and have had a lot of growth opportunities presented to me. As a newly expecting mom, I've already tapped into the internal motherhood chatroom where women are so willing to help one another. The 4 month maternity leave is a fantastic benefit that I really cannot wait to use. This being our first, I cannot explain how much I appreciate having that time to be with our soon-to-be little. "
