"Aramark looks within for promotions, and that includes women. My team is female-led, and the majority of upper leadership within my sector is female. The opportunities are there and Aramark will look to give you those opportunities."

"This company provides great opportunity for those who are dedicated and hard working. Their opportunities are available all over the country. The leadership team has worked with me on flexibility in scheduling for my kids or other changes I've had to make. I couldn't be happier with Aramark! "

"Paid time could be supplemented by Short term and long term disability benefits as well. I ended up with 6 weeks paid when I had my child, plus had vacation time and other benefits to use to supplement past this. "

"Culture varies widely across departments and in the "field". Pay is unequal despite compensation thresholds. Promotions and recognition are few and far between. Forget bonus if you're not a director. "

"Their maternity leave policy is that you must work up until you go into labor or you will not receive short term disability payment. If you are laid off for a season and happen to be due, you will receive no short term disability, even if your back to work date falls a week after you deliver. They do not have their employees best interest in mind. If you are a salaried employee you can expect to work much more than 40 hours per week, without proper compensation. It is expected of you."
