"I have had such a wonderful experience in my time at Aramark. The company is such an equal opportunity employer that I am in shock every time I'm reminded that gender inequality exists in our country because I have never felt that here. As an employee, I have been given the best opportunities every step of the way over my 6 years at Aramark. As a Talent Acquisition professional, I have witnessed and been a part of the interviewing of internal and external talent and can validate that so much thought goes into making sure everyone is represented fairly during the hiring process at this company. "
