"I have had such a wonderful experience in my time at Aramark. The company is such an equal opportunity employer that I am in shock every time I'm reminded that gender inequality exists in our country because I have never felt that here. As an employee, I have been given the best opportunities every step of the way over my 6 years at Aramark. As a Talent Acquisition professional, I have witnessed and been a part of the interviewing of internal and external talent and can validate that so much thought goes into making sure everyone is represented fairly during the hiring process at this company. "
"Aramark is an awesome place to work! Aramark promotes women in leadership and that is one of my favorite parts about working at this company. We continuously strive to be better and encourage diversity and inclusion! "
"That there is room for growth and opportunity within the company. There are many women in leadership positions within the company."
"Aramark really recognizes what women bring to the table. I think the organization has worked hard to prove to the world & to our competitors that women are assets to the business world. "
"Ive loved my time with Aramark. Ive been given many opportunities to grow as a leader."
"Aramark does a great job celebrating its diversity, including creating a culture of value for it's female employees. Through various Employee Resource Groups, Aramark has paved the way for women in the workplace. "
"Absolutely! Aramark is a wonderful company that puts a lot of focus and effort into diversity and inclusion. "
" Great place to learn and apply yourself if interested in furthering your career. Very good benefits. "
"Aramark is a great place for women to work for. "
"I love Aramark! It's a company that values work life balance above all else and I feel they have made it an important mission to put women first and move them on up. "
"I started with Aramark 6 years ago. My husband, who also works for the company, received a promotion that required us to relocate. I really wanted to stay with Aramark and fortunately, I was able to transfer into another role within the company. I have worked my way up the rankings from the day I started and do not plan on slowing down any time soon."
"Aramark is a great place to work with lots of opportunities to advance!"
"Aramark provides great career growth opportunities across all of our sectors. "

"Aramark looks within for promotions, and that includes women. My team is female-led, and the majority of upper leadership within my sector is female. The opportunities are there and Aramark will look to give you those opportunities."

"This company provides great opportunity for those who are dedicated and hard working. Their opportunities are available all over the country. The leadership team has worked with me on flexibility in scheduling for my kids or other changes I've had to make. I couldn't be happier with Aramark! "

"Male dominated industry and company. Corporate culture is very dry."

"Culture varies widely across departments and in the "field". Pay is unequal despite compensation thresholds. Promotions and recognition are few and far between. Forget bonus if you're not a director. "

"Their maternity leave policy is that you must work up until you go into labor or you will not receive short term disability payment. If you are laid off for a season and happen to be due, you will receive no short term disability, even if your back to work date falls a week after you deliver. They do not have their employees best interest in mind. If you are a salaried employee you can expect to work much more than 40 hours per week, without proper compensation. It is expected of you."
"very flexible with hours and understanding of other obligations such as family and school. "
"I would suggest that you keep looking for a better opportunity "

"It's a very traditional company that is coming into the 21st century here and there, but the benefits are expensive and lacking. While the people are mostly wonderful (in my experience), the "old boys" network is real, and the discrimination is subtle but present."
"There are a lot of women in supervisor positions at my site."
"i well give advice to my self that i should finish my school because if soo i well be more than a cook and I can be a GM"
"I have been here 15yrs and what I have learned so much. I have worked for some very wonderful people. Had done retail before and have done very well. If you are willing to do what ever they, travel, school you can go as far as you want."
"Guard your heart and toughen up. Your boss is going to ride you ass and treat you like a child. Don't let him make you feel like a child."
"Wish i did not show how much i was willing to do others jobs plus my own."
"Don't stress over trying to learn everything at once. They will give you time and senior leaders expect it will take a full year for you to get your arms around the business"
"will fight to keep from giving raises, never gave a bonus,i have been with this company for 6 years and have only got a total of $.40 in raises."
"They try to keep hours that you work to a minimum. Not even 8 a day!"
"if u want to make no money and have the boss yell at u and have no benefits and part time then this is the job for u."
"Not to belive what managemnt tell you. They lie about salerys and job positions."
"high stress job better than working for minniam wage"
"I have worked here for almost 10 years. I do like the flexibility I had during my pregnancy, however the health plan here is very expensive, and the coverage is not great. The company only pays 50% of the cost of health insurance, you pay the rest. For a family of 3, that equates to about $500 per paycheck. Much more than other companies. Also they only offer 6 weeks of maternity leave, and the first 2 have to be your vacation days. Not much women in leadership presence here, either."
"after losing contract with facility could not find a suitable place to send me after 10 years with company"
