"It's a very traditional company that is coming into the 21st century here and there, but the benefits are expensive and lacking. While the people are mostly wonderful (in my experience), the "old boys" network is real, and the discrimination is subtle but present."

"I have been here 15yrs and what I have learned so much. I have worked for some very wonderful people. Had done retail before and have done very well. If you are willing to do what ever they, travel, school you can go as far as you want."
