"There are some wonderful people here, and there is also a lot of focus on creating the right "optics", which takes significant time away from that which can be spent on actually doing what the optics are saying."

"Not really a women friendly environment. Little to no privacy whatsoever. If you work at a production facility, they check every bag you have in your backpack/purse including a feminine hygiene pouch."

"They have a new maturity leave policy that provides 6 weeks paid leave in addition to the STDI. Sales has a good work life balance as long as sales numbers are being met. "

"In 2019 they came out with paid paternity at 100% for 6 weeks for mothers and fathers for adoption and birth children. Birth mothers also get 6-8 weeks STDI pay depends on level of benefits. Mine was 75% of BAR."

"Don't expect to be promoted if you have a family, especially young children. If you don't have children, anticipate them to hold you back because you could have children. Plus, HR will minimize any pay increases because it is "irresponsible to give a woman that much money all at once". "

"In corporate, the flexible work hours or work from home ability were available. But if you used them it was frowned upon and met with push back. "

"Maternity leave is paid out as short term disability for 6-8 weeks. In 2016 it's 70% of your salary. Arrow has no actual maternity leave. "
