"Overall athena has been great to work at. I've had overall great interactions with my male colleagues, and really enjoy the opportunity to be involved with the Women's Leadership Forum. My biggest concerns are with the CEO's stubborn adherence to the idea of meritocracy (I think it's an ideal state that's impossible to reach), and I think that hurts women's ability to advance and move up the ladder there. I still hold out hope that HR policies will change in such a way that it makes it easier for women internal to the company to be considered for and employed in leadership positions. "

"Hours can be flexible, but similarly if there is a crunch the work often just needs to get done. No formal part time program. "
