"I have worked here for over four years. I feel women are treated fairly, but I am unsure of pay equality as this is not discussed. Many female managers, senior managers and a few female VPs and Senior VPs. I feel with hard work I will be able to progress with my career as I wish."

"Athena health offers an extremely flexible schedule, that easily accommodates being a mother after going back to work. There are lots of other parents working here, even among the recent grads. I feel my supervisors are empathetic and relatable as parents. Also, the new maternity policy is 3 months paid leave!"
