"Its been a great experience being part of Avanade Family. I would encourage women to join Avanade if you are looking for supportive environment. Not only Women but in general diversity is encouraged within teams. I have met people from so many different culture and its amazing. "

"Prepared to be one of the only women. The Sales Force is made primarily of men and that is the driving money maker in the company. If you work in any other department, you really don't notice, but it is a company culture catered to a male dominant work force."
