"Success here depends on who you know and whether the Executives in your network care to invest in you or not. They aren't rewarded for helping people underneath them, they have to be intrinsically motivated to do so. Some are content to let you sink or swim. But if you get a good Exec, you can do really well here."

"Avanade is quite flexible for my role however it is not necessarily the case for every level and every role. It is important to set expectations during the hiring process with the hiring manager as sometimes the recruiters are basing their conversation on generalities."

"I've been with the company for more than 13 years and I can't think of a better place to be. I enjoy what I do and who I work with. The company gives me the flexibility to do my job as I feel it should be done and to provide the solutions I feel are the right solutions for my client without somebody overseeing every single step taken."
