      "Yes, women are in the minority at B&V which is the case across the industry. Black & Veatch is working hard to make changes and fully supports a very active Women's ERG. Women will need to be comfortable being in the minority, but there is a lot to gain from a career here. If a woman is willing to take an overseas assignment, there is even greater opportunity to gain leadership experience. "

      "They have work to do surrounding advancement opportunities and female leadership. Also work to be done regarding equal compensation for women and just hiring women period. Men outnumber women 3:1."

      "They are very uderstanding of time neeed for doctor's appointments and school meetings. The maternity leave is not fantastic and nursing mothers just use conference rooms. "
