      "They claim to be inclusive but they are actually anything but. Take a look at the board and executives. All white males and very few women. You won’t find a single person of any shade in leadership. Annual reviews for women are biased and based on perceptions, not meeting goals. Sometimes, goals aren’t even assigned so that at the end of the year they can make up whatever they want to and say that you didn’t need them.Promotions for management are based on friends or an “exception” and are not open for interviews. "
