"I've worked at the company for a long time and from a woman's perspective, the culture is not welcoming. Men feel emboldened to speak to women in a derogatory manner and exclude them from events that produce positive business development outcomes (i.e. Superbowl, golf tournaments, cigar outings).
If you are contemplating working here and looking for a place that respects women, their opinions and puts them on equal footing as men, I would look elsewhere."
