"I would say research the department well. If a supervisor has not worked outside of academia you may want to keep in mind that academia is a bubble...please incorporate your intuition when making your final decision. "

"Development and Alumni Relations, only 2 of 10 Vice Presidents are women. No flexibility with life balance when child care is needed. All white men make decisions, leadership is majority Male with women disproportionately filling support roles."
