"The employer is huge and employs different types employees. Administative employees in my department have plenty of flexibility and work life balance."

"There are a lot of academics. They are sometimes less supportive of females but do take them seriously once you've proven yourself. "

"I used 8 weeks of sick time and 4 weeks of vacation so that my maternity leave was paid. The university is looking at how to offer more childcare because the university center only has spots for about 30 children."
