"It is a great company to work for. There are great family leave benefits, and the culture is supportive. There is a women's network that is great to connect with and most of all, there is a culture to continue to get better when it comes to inclusion and development of women and other minority groups. "

"There are varying levels of flexibility. Overall, I think the company is very flexible about working from home, leaving early to pick up kids or go to an appointment, however leadership positions seem to be less flexible in hours and balancing the work and the flexibility. "
