"Boston Scientific has culture of diversity that has been a very positive experience for me. I see that there is a large percentage of women in managerial roles within my franchise and department. This creates an environment that is motivating for me, an environment where I see opportunities for me to grow. "

"Over the last 15 years I have been able to develop and evolve my career within multiple departments as well as complete my college courses while having the time and flexibility to be a great mother and wife. I stay because I believe in the company, the people and they believe in me back."
