"Boston Scientific is a great place to work for women; off the chart flexible, HUGE focus on D&I with a big emphasis on both D AND I - everyone has a voice and everyone will listen. My boss is the best Leader I have ever had as a boss by far! Excellent place for women!!!!"

"Boston Scientific has culture of diversity that has been a very positive experience for me. I see that there is a large percentage of women in managerial roles within my franchise and department.
