"Over the last 15 years I have been able to develop and evolve my career within multiple departments as well as complete my college courses while having the time and flexibility to be a great mother and wife. I stay because I believe in the company, the people and they believe in me back."

"You will have a seat at the table at BSC. People genuinely want to hear what you have to say. Does not matter what level you are. You were hired for a reason. Benefits are awesome and we all take advantage of the flexibility while continuing to work hard and advancing science for life."
