"Great for parents-I recently had 12 weeks of paid parental leave. A lot of focus on giving opportunities to women. The company is trying to focus on work life integration and improving flexibility but there’s definitely still some “old school” types that need to come around to the idea that you don’t need to be “seen” in your chair to be a productive employee."

"Flexibility depends on the department/management. I’m fortunate to have a very flexible boss so I can work from home to avoid the worst commute times, on days where I ha e a lot of calls with other sites, etc."
