"Great place to work. Plenty of women in leadership positions, great work flex programs, excellent paid maternity leave, opportunities for women to lead in both technical roles as well as functional leadership roles."

"Overall, BSC is wonderful place to work. Culture vary by Division, but in my experience, BSC is flexible and supportive, regardless of where you may be in your life. "

"Boston Scientific is a great place for women and men to work. The culture and structure promotes opportunities for growth, flexibility and recognition. Like many companies, whether you can access these benefits sometimes depends on your particular manager. I have heard from some individuals that their managers aren't open to it, even though the company overall promotes this culture. My own experience generally has been that when I've asked for these things, I have been allowed to earn/justify them, and I felt like it was quite fair."
