"We have strong policies to support women from our women's network to benefits and paid leave. Women are consistently promoted to leadership positions and given options for career progression. "

"I am regularly encouraged to have flexibility based on the day I have rather than developing an independent schedule. For example, I switch back and forth with my husband on daycare drop off and pickup. When we flip flop or trade duties to meet our needs, no one discourages me from that flexibility. "
