"I would tell other women that I have never worked for a company that is more flexible and understanding of the need for work-life balance or is more supportive when an employee has a personal issue. I lost my husband and my mother to cancer while working for Boston Scientific, and both times, the company stepped up to support me with greater job flexibility, coverage, meals, and leadership checkins to be sure I had everything I needed. Time and time again, I have gone to the Boston Scientific family for referrals to good physicians, and even when I do not know the people I am asking for help from personally, they step up immediately. Best place I have ever worked or will ever work."

"I have always felt extremely supported in my role. Not only that, but I have been pushed and encouraged to pursue my passions in the workplace and been given the tools to do so. I constantly feel empowered by the women that I work with, report to, and support. "
