"I have always felt extremely supported in my role. Not only that, but I have been pushed and encouraged to pursue my passions in the workplace and been given the tools to do so. I constantly feel empowered by the women that I work with, report to, and support. "

"Great, fun and family focused environment. COVID brought a lot of challenges but BSC put forth our caring value at the forefront to take care of everyone. "

"My time at BSC, as a working Mother of three, has been very positive. I have felt that BSC has provided an environment of full support, understanding, open communication and transparency. This has been especially important during COVID. I feel I have the ability to be a contributor at work as well as being present in my children's lives. I feel BSC has been communicative, supportive, flexible and creative for their employees during this crazy time. "
