"We have come a long way, but there is still more work to be done! It is great to be a part of a company that not only supports women but supports diverse groups as well. The company is committed to making positive changes and we have to be patient because they won't change over night. I have never felt held back from where I want to go and what I want to do at this company. "

"I think that my particular group is amazing with flexibility and allowing me to work how it fits into my life best. I know some groups are less flexible due to the nature of the space they work in. I would say overall the company does a great job trying to balance all different situations. "

"I love this company - no company is perfect. But this is a great place to work. We have a strong talented and very caring leadership team - it starts at the top. I think you learn a lot about a company during a crisis. I have never been more proud to work for this company than the way they managed the COVID pandemic throughout the world and even the civil/political unrest in the US. "
