"I will tell other woman that the values of the company shows caring for their employees . That care is reflected on the flexibility and opportunities for woman to balance their careers and life. It is also a company that takes diversity very seriously and is taking action to constantly demonstrates equality with the organization. I have a 15 year old son and have been in the company for 17 years and have been able to grow and still be a very caring mom for my son and for my family. "

"Best work/life balance and inclusive culture of anywhere I have worked. Similarly, this is the first place I have worked where I do not feel I am treated differently than my male colleagues based on my gender."
