"The community of women and women allies at Braze is one that is so welcoming and supportive, I've never actually experienced anything like it. In the tech industry where historically women are after thoughts, Braze does truly all they can do make that a fallacy."

"I've been working at Braze for almost two years. This company really values its women, as much as we are in a male-dominated industry. We have unlimited PTO, which has allowed me to see my family that I haven't seen for 18 months because of COVID. The pay is competitive, and I feel valued and challenged for/by my work (in a great way)."
