"The company has a lot of exciting growth potential and a lot of great new leaders who are shaping and evolving the culture. There are still some leaders with a less modern view of work-life balance but overall it is a great place to work."

"obviously different departments operate in different ways, in Tax, it is a man's world. in every other department I've worked in there a very even balance between both men and women."

"This is a very male dominated company. If you are not in the inner circle, forget it! And being a woman chances are you'll NEVER be in the inner circle. There are some male leaders that recognize the value of diversity but for the most part, it's all lip service, nothing more."
