"Great place to work, in many aspects:
- work-life balance - it allows high flexibility
- benefits, such as company car, cell phone
- additional vacation days for all employs, about 10 additional days per year, on top of the personal vacation days that we receive.
- very good and positive atmosphere, everyone is really supportive
- management very supportive and want to see you succeed, assign tasks that will fit your personal career direction and plans (as much as possible), and allow you to grow on the things that interest you the most "

"Cadence is developing cutting edge technology, so expect to deal with challenging and interesting problems. You may never feel bored here.
You'll be frequently collaborating with brilliant people, who are not only great in what they do, but are willing to help you improve as well. But the cross-team collaboration willingness might depend upon product/area.
The benefits are good, and usually includes a competitive salary, health care, and more regular benefits. But it will vary with the hiring location. Some countries are often left out from more interesting benefits such as 401k (or equivalent), stock options, etc. But the local representation for the company seems to be working on improving it.
With the innovation nature of the company comes pressure, and depending upon your team/manager, this might heavily impact your work-life balance."

"it's a fair company when comes into men/women treated equally. There is a training culture in most of the team which let you grow technically. "
