      At Cadence, we believe that being physically together deepens our connections to one another and enhances our ability to ideate, collaborate, and align. In the US Cadence has adopted a hybrid working approach. As part of our hybrid approach, employees spend four days in the office per week.

      Yes, US employees can take disability for the period that their doctor deems they are disabled or unable to work due to the employee’s pregnancy or delivery.  During disability, the pay they receive is dependent on the state they live.  In CA employees receive 70% of their total comp but it is paid on a non-tax basis.  Outside of CA employees receive 100% of their total comp but it is taxed. Total comp is based on your eligible earnings which include a base salary and Key Contributor bonus at one time target. For commissioned employees, annual target commissions (including target MBOs) are included as well.

The Progyny benefit approach is all-inclusive. The benefits structure is designed to assist covered employees and their partners who want to have a child and preserve their fertility, including those who want to delay parenthood and those with a disease that may affect their fertility. Services include In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Artificial Insemination, Egg Freezing (medically), Surrogacy Counseling, Adoption Counseling

      Yes, in the US Bright Horizons will arrange high-quality back-up care to fill the gap even if employees elect to stay with the child and work from home that day. Cost of care is as low as $6/hr. for one child
