There are additional communities at Cadence for women in technology roles, women in sales and application engineer roles, and an employee-led resource group for all women and allies. Women are celebrated and recognized during Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, the annual Cadence Women Conference, and an end-of-year celebration. To further support women in technology, Cadence partners with organizations like Girls Who Code, provides a $5,000 annual scholarship to women pursuing careers in technology and supports a Returnship program for those looking to reenter the workforce after an extended time away. Cadence performs a detailed review of our compensation practices annually and has achieved pay parity based on global gender and U.S. salary pay parity based on race and ethnicity for three years in a row.
