"Women in executive positions here work harder & longer than the men without the recognition. Many women were in executive management positions just 2-3 years ago, but the current CEO has all males on her corporate leadership team."

"Still predominately a man's organization, especially in the senior leadership roles. It is my opinion that women need to make the choice between career or family, it's very difficult to have both while employed here. Female CEO, but entire Leadership Team is male."
