    I was able to move to a new city where there wasn't necessarily a department presence because it would make me better at my job. I have ultimate flexibility which works really well with my familial and social obligations. To know that my manager and leadership trusts me to get work done is really motivating to be even greater at what I do.

Today is my 19 year anniversary with Capital One. I have seen it grow more and more every year. I am thankful for my benefits and the flexibility to work from home when needed. Capital one has amazing leave options for working mothers and a wonderful new and improved adoption assistance and support group. I am very proud to work for Capital One!
