"While the culture seems supportive and flexible from an outsiders' perspective, this organization is run by mainly caucasian males. There are SIGNIFICANT amounts of underlying micro-aggressive dynamics at play. As a WOC, makes it incredibly difficult to be successful when your own leadership is undermining your work and consistently setting you up for failure. While compensation packages are strong, would NOT recommend to another woman to avoid being treated like a second rate citizen and be miserable."

"It can be a great place to start a career and/or downshift if you are seeking more work life integration. I definitely reccommend in for new grads and if you have consulting experience (to have faster career progression)."
