"Capital One is highly invested in developing their employees' talents, keeping us mentally balanced, and compensating employees at or above the market rate. Continuous learning is at the forefront of their principals. There is an inclusive culture that has become much more diverse in terms of women in tech teams and leadership."

"A good federal agency to work with standard fed benefits. Offers flexibility and there are a number of females in executive positions. Growth could be limited, especially for experienced professionals who are at top of their grades and pay scales."

"I worked here full time for over 3 years. Initially it was great but later when I got pregnant things were very difficult. I had serious nausea and had to be on bed rest but my manager would keep calling me even when I was using my vacation. I had to work on my PTO. I requested to get unpaid leave after my maternity as I wanted to stay with my baby but I was refused and its ok to refuse but they told me that if you have the money take it otherwise you have to work. Do you have the money?. I don't think it was their business to worry about my finances. Also when I got back from my maternity my senior manager asked me how my long vacation was and it must be really nice to enjoy a long break. If you have ever cared for a new born, you know maternity is not a break, especially if you has a c-section."
