"Save yourself. Don’t do it. The company culture has gone downhill in last 2+ years. Executive Leadership is aware of employee dissatisfaction, but it’s all talk - no action.
Benefits are pretty good — vacation, medical, tuition reimbursement. Not the work / life balance they claim to encourage, though. Again, just talk. It’s not supported by management. "
