"Generally speaking, there is a lot of flexibility. I have three children and am able to do whatever is needed to get them to appointments, work from home if they're sick, or step out to catch a school activity. There is an understanding and acceptance with my peers that we all do what we need to do to take care of our families and get the job done, and we support one another in those efforts."

"As a working mother, Capital One is an amazing place to work. I appreciate being given all of the tools I need to be able to work from anywhere so when I need to work from home I can. You can't find that type of flexibility everywhere."
