"Overall, Capital One treats women well. Things like mansplaining happen pretty rarely here as everyone is smart and expects others to be smart. In my job family in particular, there is a serious lack of women and it's getting worse. Some individual leaders care a lot and are trying to fix, but overall, and especially from HR leaders, diversity doesn't seem to be as much as a priority as getting in the best talent."

"I haven't seen anything but extremely flexible managers at Capital One. Many have families themselves and work-life balance is a priority. Happy employees are more productive and we live that motto as much as we can."
