"Capital One is very flexible -- I don't feel pressure to be in the office from 9am-5pm. I have the ability to work from home when it is best for me. I really can't put a dollar value on that flexibility. "

"Very flexible work arrangements. Strong maternity leave policies. Still required to work hard. There are women's diversity resource groups and activities. "

"The focus is not only on the current moment and promoting women now but how are we setting women up for success in the future. Capital One is working to make sure the opportunities are there foundationally so that women are in the position to be promoted later in their careers. "

"I was able to move to a new city where there wasn't necessarily a department presence because it would make me better at my job. I have ultimate flexibility which works really well with my familial and social obligations. To know that my manager and leadership trusts me to get work done is really motivating to be even greater at what I do."
